Dr. Shamika Strachan is the President of the Bahamas Dental Association, an Author of a children’s dental book, “Sugar Monster” and is a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. She is driven by a passion to change the perception of dentistry in the Bahamas. She is gentle and skilled in her craft and will be taking care of the general and cosmetic dental needs for the entire family.
Dr. Renald Turnquest was born and raised in the City of Nassau and Attended the College of the Bahamas. Subsequently, he received his DDS degree from the University of the West Indies St. Augustines Campus. Upon graduation, he completed a post graduate Residency in Advanced General Dentistry with the Lutheran Medical Center New York. Additionally, Dr. Turnquest Completed his US national Board certification and is registered with Bahamas Dental Council.
Dr. Owen Bastian is a highly skilled dentist dedicated to providing exceptional care. He began his academic journey at the College of the Bahamas before earning his Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Pre-Med at Beloit College in Wisconsin. Dr. Bastian obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tennessee. He further honed his expertise through a General Practice Residency at Catholic Medical Center in conjunction with New York Medical College. Known for meticulous approach and compassionate care, Dr. Bastian ensures each patient receives personalized and attentive treatment. His commitment to excellence and patient well-being is evident in every aspect.
